Hi All,
I set a forward on one desk phone(desk B) to mobile. I called the same from another desk phone(desk A). When I checked the mobile when it is ringing, it is showing desk s DDI.

The clid entries for both the desk phones are,

ENTRY 4
HNTN 2079
HLCL 022691
DIDN NO
HLOC
LSC

ENTRY 5
HNTN 2079
HLCL 022692
DIDN NO
HLOC
LSC

Any help would be greately appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Best Regards,
Seshu Kumar.

I'm not sure what you were expecting to see on the mobile; but if I understand right, you're concerned that the Desk A CLID showed up on the mobile when you called Desk B. That is normal as the originating call was from Desk A, even if Desk B is forwarded to your mobile. Sounds like it's working as it should.
