Call fowarding is stuck on 2

Call forwarding is stuck on an extension. I have tried all the codes from both ends, changed the extension number. Copied from one extension to the other and restarted the system. In the extension dir. report it still shows yes under R C F W. How can I get this turned off?

Delete the forwarding button.

Thanks Tom, I have checked all the buttons in WinSPM.
1 = SysAcc Ring -I
2 = SysAcc Ring -I
3 = SysAcc-00

All other 32 buttons are Blank. Maybe i'm missing somthing.

At the extension:

Press INTERCOM

Press SPEAKER

Dial *33

Dial the EXTENSION NUMBER of the EXTENSION

That should do it.

That would forward the extension to itself.

Which, cancels forwarding.....

If not, repost with the results.

The extension rings with 2 short rings and then transfers to the operator. I have tried as you say *33 and the extension # and also tried *34* on the operators phone. And still have the same problem.
 
OK - do this. For the extention that is stuck on forwarding - print and post a copy of the extention report. From WinSPM, press system program, start or exit, more, print, more, more, extention report, type in the ext# and press enter. The post the report here once it prints.

I don't see anything in the report - indicating that this extention is forwarded. You may have a "bad" tip/ring port. If you have an usunused port available - plug the extention into a different port and use system renumber to change the extention number back to what it should be.
