Greetings,
I'm a Nortel guy in an Avaya world. I am starting to transition my CS1K to Avaya. I have a handful of stations that I/Partner have moved to SIP endpoints. I have my CIO who wants to forward his station to his Cell. He's an Android user, so I have a ticket opened with TAC because his One X client is not behaving. Can someone help me to just please put CFW on his station? Again, I'm on a steep learning curve. Thank you all in advance.
Frank

Make sure a cover path is defined to the remote end point (coverage remote).

Add a send-calls button. When pressed it will send all calls to the cover path.

You could also enable EC500, which would basically ring both the desk phone and his cell phone at the same time (the cell phone will take about a ring before it will start to ring.)
