Good morning.

I write from Italy.

I try to create a call forwarding with CHFALC to transfer to a cellular number a call when not responding but I have this error.

<chcalf:0,512,03392448652
Invalid input data
REJECTED

If I try with an internal DNS is OK.

Somebody help me.. Thank you very much.. Ricky

Can you set it on other dnr's ?
Do you have TAC 0 in the alternative destination tree ( 5 ? )
Does 512 have the right traffic class ?

Thank you very much !!!

Can you explain me what I should "set on the other dnr" ?

What do you mean by "TAC 0"

Yes, 512 has the right traffic class..

I'm not very experienced on this stuff, please Help Me.

Take care..

Now I got your first question, no I can't set it on any other DNR. It doesn't work

try dinasd:5,0; or dinars:5,21;
see if the trunk acces code (tac) 0 is filled in
if not assign it with asintn command.

try putting the out going prefix for your company in front of the out going number ie chcalf:0,512,903392448652

Most likely you have a 0 as trunk access code and 033 for area code, therefore the command should be:

chcalf:0,512,003392448652

As CoolDude6 asks, do you have a TAC (Trunk Access Code) in your alternative destination tree??

didial:;

Look at treenumber (most likely 4 or 5) for alternative destination dialing and write this command:

dinars:<TREE>,21;

Then you should see your TACs for alternative destinations (call forwardings).

If this still doesn't work, check your external dialing tree.
