CALL FORWARDING PROBLEM

Hello all. i have a customer with an ip-office 7.x.x. 25 ip phones, 16 channel pri.
call flo = main number to ring group 200 then go to the aa.
at night calls go to group 250 night service.
1 member in NS = 199 199 set t5o forward all calls to external number *601
shortcode *601 = 1708xxxxxxx

When i call in at night the call goes to the correct number(*601)
the second call inbound just rings......... does not follow the mapping.
i have all calls ticked.

any ideas?

Turn it around.
During day the call goes to group 250 which has a member diverted to a shortcode pointing to the AA.
No fallback options, VM etc set for group 250.
In ICR set the default destination to group 250 and the fallback destination to your external number.
During night shift OOS or nightservice group 250 and all calls will go to the external number, within hours the calls will go to the AA.
Now multiple calls to the external number will work.
 
turn on call queuing on the night group


A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

icr line x== day=> group aadelay.( has 1 phantom with all calls fowarded to short code for aA)
icr line x== midday=> group aadelay.( has 1 phantom with all calls fowarded to short code for aA)

need overide button to send all calls to service even during midday

icr line x== closed=> group service.( has 1 phantom 199, with all calls fowarded to tel number for service for )

when closed all calls go to service > 199 > tel number.
only the first call works.
