Call Forwarding No answer on ACD agent

Hi Guys ,

Is there a way to have ACD forward call automatically on another ACD when the first on ring without answer .

Thanks to reply , i meant onto the same Queue, i just want it to works as an Hunt group .
Is that what you mean ?

If you want a hunt group I would program a hunt group because ACD is not designed to work that way
 
You could try the return to queue option in LD 23 ACD config:

RTQT (Seconds) Time ringing on handset before call returned to the queue.
RTQO (NRD / MSB) State the agent is changed to after a call is returned to the queue.
 
Or you could train the users how to use their phones with the NRD or MSB key
