Is there a way to setup a call forward button on a user so that when they leave there office to forward there external calls to there sister SCN site? Both sites are IPO500 and with embedded VM.

Thank you!

I really think Avaya have dropped a preverbial bollo** here, as they are saying you can forward to an external number or mobile, but you can't forward to a user who is part of your own company albeit on another system in the SCN.....just seems daft :)

so you could just forward the calls to their DDI but not to their extension.

Another Gem.

Obviously you could, but not without incurring call charges, also you would lose the ability to distinguish it as an internally forwarded call which it "effectively" is.

I do wonder what avaya are playing at sometimes.

The day you find that out is the same day you get the answer why on 406's you have to use Slot B before slot A for Line cards :)
