Call Forwarding ARS 1

Hello I have a question about call forwarding to a cell phone. I have looked at the other threads but am still stumped. If I CFW to a 586 area code it will not work...

here's why:

resolution:

1- change ars ana 1
2- string is 1586 min = 4 max = # of your cell phone digits
3- goes out route pattern 1
