I have some users at a new remote site. When they set call forwarding active for their phones they are having some issues.
When you call their phone from another Avaya phone the call forwards properly (out trunk x) and rings their cell.
When you call externaly the call forwards correctly (out trunk x) but you hear a long pause and then a busy signal.
This is an S8720. The users are at a remote site. The remote site has a G700/S8300LSP. They users are all on 4621 IP phones. The trunk is terminated in G700.
Any help would be appreciated.
