When one of our sales people forwards his desk phone to his cell phone it works fine unless a caller tries to use dial by ext through the voice menu. It rings 4 times and then the call pilot lady says that the call can't be made and to contact your admin.
When I forward my desk phone to my T-Mob cell it works fine direct or through dial by ext. It only happens when the cell phone forwarded to is a Verizon phone, does that make any sense?
