call forward no answer

I have a multiple appearance dn programed on key 13 of a 2616 that is accessed via voice mail. The customer wants the call to ring 5 times at the sets and then forward to an outside dn. The primary dn has voice mail. I programed a 500 set with this same dn but now it goes to the forward number and does not ring at the sets. I have ftr as the fdn with fna in the class.
Any thoughts????

I forgot to say this was in an option 11 with rls 23 software.

??key 13 MCR xxxx??

I don't beleive you can have MCR on both a 500 and digital. change key on digital to SCR. If you have more than one digital phones with MCR you may need to find another to programm the MCR on key 0 to forward of site if RNA

Hey all:
thanks for your reply. I got the cfw to work. I had to change the marp to be on the 500 set. Now all the phones with this dn do what ever this 500 set is programmed to do. Pretty neat!!!
