Hi,

Using IP Office 3.1. I want to divert a hunt group to an 0800 number but not sure how. I have diverted the indivudal users in the hunt group and that works, but they will not be logged in so when I call the hunt group it just goes to the mailbox. I need it to go to this 0800 number automatically though.

I tried setting a call route in VM Pro. I have collect and then a link to transfer and typed in the 0800 number but it doesn't work. Is it possible to do this? Or is there a better way?

Delete the collect start point and add a leave start point. Add a Transfer action and put the number to dialed in the specific tab as it would be dialed from a phone. 91xxxxxxxxxx
 
I've tried that but it still goes to the hunt group Voicemail box and doesn't divert.

We don't use any prefix to get an outside line so I have just entered the number as 0800xxxxx . Do I need to prefix it with anything?
 
Sorry, I deleted and re-did it and it works now. Thanks for your help.
