Call ended with invalid extension

Hi,

When people dial an invalid extension, the call ended immediately. How do I set it up so the people can dial a different extension.

If extns are 200 - 210 for example and people dial 211 and you want that to go to 200 add a system shortcode of 2xx - Dial extn - 200 :)



 
We are using IP Office 500 V2 with Avaya Voicemail Pro. Our internal extension starts with 2xxx. I have 2??? goes to "Transfer by Ext 2XXX". If someone dials any invalid extension, the call ended immediately. We need to have the AA indicate that it is an invalid extension and pleas try again or something like that.
