Call divert fails on BC12-QSIG-CCM 4

We have a BC12 with a QSIG connected to a CCM. On the CCM the
is a VoiceMail sistem
When we divert a MD extension to a CCM extension call gets correctly diverted, but the called extension id didnt get transmited so the voicemail system can select the correct mailbox.

What service pack are you using ?

we're having similar issues with Voicemail diversion over QSig tielines since going from BC12 SP7 to BC12 SP11 but only when using Personal Number (PEN) and only for calls originating on the public network.

Internal calls over the tieline to our one and only voicemail server work fine. Incoming calls from the public network to the same node as the voicemail server location also work fine, even with Personal Number.

We have escalated this with our Ericsson partners but no solution as yet.
