Need some help.
I want to enable call-diversion on my Dialogic-sets (MD110) in case of Busy and No Answer. When busy, the call should go to a specific external number, on No Answer to a different external number.

Does anyone know how to configure this?

Can you let me know what software level you are running?

if you are not sure type the command CADAP; in to the system and copy the text from that in.

thanks

Hi,

If your version is BC10, you may be use the "Personal Number" facility. (PE Comands).

Good Work

Correct. BC10. How do I need to configure Personal Number?

Hi,

Have you BC10 Manual? If yes used the PELPI Comands.

Above the text of Dynatext
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
PELPI:DIR=[,LIST=],CHO=,ANSPOS=[,TIME=][,BSYCHO=][,ONECAL=][,ORGSEL=];

DIR =Directory number. Directory number corresponding to the Personal Number.

LIST =Answering position list. Number of the list containing the answering positions.

CHO =Choice order. Order in the list for the answering position.

ANSPOS =Answering position. Answering position of the list.

TIME =Ringing supervision time. Time for the call to be answered at the answering position.

BSYCHO =Busy choice. Choice selected in case the answering position is busy.

ONECAL =One call choice. The entered choice can only be called once while the call is being distributed.

ORGSEL =Origin selection. Selection of the answering position depending on the origin.

FUNCTION

The command is used to initiate the data associated to the selected choice order and list.

The first list position initiated for a Personal Number must belong to the list 1. After initiating that list position, the list 1 is activated (See command PEALC for changing the active list).

After initiating the list 1, it is possible to initiate any position in any list.

It is not necessary to initiate all the positions of a list.

The default values for the optional parameters are:

LIST =1

TIME =Market dependant value.

BSYCHO =0

ONECAL =1

ORGSEL =111

EXAMPLE 1

Initiate a list for the Personal Number 2000. No list has been initiated before for this Personal Number, so the initiated list will be list number 1. The initiated list contains answering positions with the following data:

- Choice order in the list is 3, Answering Position 8322, with a ringing supervision time of 10 seconds and calls from the public network will not be answered from this position.
- Choice order in the list is 1, Answering Position 03413227. In case this answering position is busy, the position number 4 will answer the call. This answering position can only be called once and it does not depend on the origin.
- Choice order in the list is 5, Answering Position 3000, with a ringing supervision of 5 seconds and calls from the operator will not be sent to this position.
- Choice order in the list is 2, Answering Position 8325, with a ringing supervision time of 10 seconds.

<PELPI:DIR=2000,CHO=3,ANSPOS=8322,TIME=10,ORGSEL=110;

EXECUTED

<PELPI:DIR=2000,CHO=1,ANSPOS=03413227,BSYCHO=4,ONECAL=1;

EXECUTED

<PELPI:DIR=2000,CHO=5,ANSPOS=3000,TIME=5,ORGSEL=101;

EXECUTED

<PELPI:DIR=2000,CHO=2,ANSPOS=8325,TIME=10;

EXECUTED

EXAMPLE 2

Initiate the second choice order in the list number 3 associated to the Personal Number 1500, with the Answering Position 8776 and it will answer only calls from the PABX operator. In case the answering position is busy, the deflection process is stopped.

<PELPI:DIR=1500,LIST=3,CHO=2,ANSPOS=8776,ORGSEL=010,BSYCHO=6;

EXECUTED

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXx

Good Work

Thanks for this detailed explanation. I obviousely have a licensing-issue. Executing one of the above commands I get a "not accepted" "License not available".

Is there any other way I could transfer calls to an external destination when my extension is busy or I do not answer?

Hi,

In DIV parameter (CDINI Command) only an external number within a private network of type APNSS/DPNSS/ISDN.

sorry your stuck without the licences, the only way you could get one hop to an external number is to cdini to an abbreviated number (common) and if it is an internal extension for the alternate number to use an MDN/mns with delayed ring type.

I tried already cdini to an abbreviated common. doesn't work

yes I know how to configure that.E-mail me and I'll send the examples to you.. rrmagno@hotmail.com
