I am having something crazy happening on call coverage. We have a 4621 phone that 2 people have this phone in their coverage path. It rings 4 times at their phone then at the 4621 and then to their voicemail. Sometimes when the 4621 picks up the call coverage caller and trys to transfer it back it goes to the switchboard instead of voicemail. Other times it will go to voicemail. I can find no rhyme or reason that this is happening. Internal and External coverage are set the same. Anyone else have this happen?

Are you sure you do not have cover paths linked together? This would cause calls to be routed to one destination at times, and then to another destination at other times.

the issue isn't very clear, list groups xxxx and list usage extens xxxx and see if it is used by other extensions, groups or cover paths etc

The problem turned out to be a field on the second page of the console screen. It is called returned call time out. It was set to short and the call didn't have time to go through all of the coverage points. I upped it to 50 seconds and now it is all good.
