Call Centre and Analog phones

Site with long disatnce analog phones in small callcentre. Any ideas on log in/out visibility?.
Using Phone Manager and PC Wallboard but customer worried about network unreliability. Can also use DND on 'NoUser' for broken dial tone but can be confused with Busy NA.
Thought about the Lamps or sending CLI message to phones on log out?.
System 3.0.59, DS phones no go over this distance (tested).

 
We have a number of call centres using phone manager pro with analogue extension works well and network issues very little. This is the best way to go.

One thing use and test a good analogue phone at one site they use the Plantronics base unit with built in keyboard this worked well at another site they picked the cheapest phone they could find and they all had to be replaced you get what you pay for
