Hello

Scenario.

I have an ARS table configured Called "ARS-Lines" which hold my outbound lines.
?/Dial/./19
?/Dial/./18

I then have Multiple ARS Table for different levels of call barring.

ARS-Calledbarred
9N;/Barred/N/ARS-Lines
9N;/Dial/N/ARS-Lines

ARS-LocalOnly
90N;/Barred/0N/ARS-Lines
9N;/Dial/N/ARS-Lines

ARS-NationalOnly
900N;/Barred/00N/ARS-Lines
9N;/Dial/N/ARS-Lines

ARS-NoBarring
9N;/Dial/N/ARS-Lines

The User are assigned an ARS Table Via user rights short code.
?/Dial/./ARS-LocalOnly

Global short code is changed to bar all calls.
?/Dial/./ARS-ARS-Calledbarred

My understanding is that short code matching is most specific is matched first, then top to bottom if duplicate entries.
If I have system set to have system directory to override barring. It ignores any call baring short codes, if the number matches the system directory entries.
System is programmed for a 9 for an outside line.

I am trying to dial 90800800154 which is in the system directory but it is still coming up as barred when hitting the ARS-Lines group.

Anyone got any ideas how to let the system directory numbers be called without removing the ARS-Lines table or adding the numbers to the system short code table?

Would appear to not be in the directory?

Worked it out

Found the undocumented feature. :)

90800800154 is in the directory.
0800800154 is not in the directory.

bit of head scratching later.

change directory number to (9)0800800154 and it works.

So i can now have numbers in the system directory that are still barred and if i trully would like them unbarred i need to have the leading 9 in ( )
