Call Back on Mobile Extension MXONE TSW 3.1 SP1

Hello together,

we want the programm mobile extension in this way:

1.) Mobile phone call mobile Extension entry number
2.) MEX hang up, call back the mobil phone number and present a free line

Can somebody tell me if this is possible and how we have to porgramm it.

We are using a MXONE TSW 3.1 SP1 System.

This is the purpose of EMS_EMGW system sold by Ericsson
I don't think this could be possible without developping an application via CSTA
