We are an Avaya BPartner in Miami.
I have a customer with several sites, all G3's IP enabled. rel10.
From a central site I want to collect CDRs from all switches over IP. Avaya sent me a small tool to gather CDR records over IP and store in a file, but it doesn't work.
Which Call Accounting software supports CDR over IP and can handle multiple sites? I called "MicroCall" but they told me I would have to get one system for each site.
