Call Accounting and CDR over IP

Hi all, I'm new to this forum.
We are an Avaya BPartner in Miami.

I have a customer with several sites, all G3's IP enabled. rel10.
From a central site I want to collect CDRs from all switches over IP. Avaya sent me a small tool to gather CDR records over IP and store in a file, but it doesn't work.

Which Call Accounting software supports CDR over IP and can handle multiple sites? I called "MicroCall" but they told me I would have to get one system for each site.

We are using Microcall, collecting CDR from 2 switches on one Microcall system. Microcall sent me an application that would collect the CDR over IP instead of a com port.

Take a look at Veramark. They have eCAS which can pull the CDR from the switches thru the CLAN board.

Also, I wrote a long review of CAS companies in this forum if you wish to get some more info.
