somebody have cable connectivity 25P to 25 P to convert from RS-RVS 4s CA-A to direct printer?
the pabx nec 7400 ICS, i have setting the printer and the printout only $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

So you are in Oz as the 7400 ICS designation wasn't used in the States! Which have you got ? The 120, 140 or 160?

Ok had time to check the book and pinouts are as follows

1 - GND
2 - TXD
3 - RXD
4 - RTS
5 - CTS
6 - DSR
7 - GND
8 - DCD
15 - TXC (2)
17 - RXC
18 - LALB
20 - DTR
24 – TXC (1)

120,
the cable i used is correctly. any suggestion?

have you checked the port settings? speed you can play with but the usual settings are none 8 1. Have you programmed the AP00 card?

i've been programmed the AP00 and the printer
1200, none, 8, 1

Ap00 cards are notoriously fragile. Easily damaged by power spikes and electrical storms. Have you tried using a null modem? If so then the first step is to try programming one of the other ports.

Are you working from the manual or have you got the crib sheet?

There isn't a PM arrangement on this site so if you need a crib sheet try posting here...

Look for an answer from R4+Z who can supply a crib sheet!
