Button mapping randomly incorrect for users, reverting back after merging 1

Hello all,

I had a client call and say that their button mapping on the side cars is randomly incorrect. Meaning they press the button labeled "Bob" and get "Susan". No one logs into their IPO other than us and they were all correct last week, so this is random Avaya fun.

I logged in and correct all of the mapping, merged and noticed not only where they incorrect again, others random buttons that were correct before the merge were now incorrect as well.

I recommended an after hours re-boot and the customer emailed me this morning saying the button mapping is worse yet again and some extension names reverted back to old employees.

Suggestions?

Delete all the buttons. Save the config. Then repopen the config and reinput the buttons.
