CCC is derivated from the Avaya INDeX platform were it is called CCM. Actually if you buy a IP Office CCC server or a INDeX CCM Server you get the same server.
In the Avaya INDeX there is a option were agents must select a message before activating the Busy N/A state.
When reporting in CCM you will see the busy N/A reasons.
It is not supported on IP Office (yet?).

Is this still true ?
I would like to implement this kind of feature on an IPO. If it's still not possible to do it the "right way" do you have some hacks/workaround to do something along those lines ?
