I have a release 9 ipoffice.Does anyone know how to bury the first 9 when using Centrex lines. The customer does not want to dial 9-9 (2 nines) when dialing out.

Assuming that 9N dials N to 50 Main, you can add a 9 to the telephone number in ARS. so normally you'd use a code of XXXXXXX with a Telephone Number of N, You can do the same code of XXXXXXX with a Telephone Number of 9N.

Bluebells,
Thank You so much.I will implement in the morning.
Much appreciated.
