Build Auto Attendant in Contact Center

Hello, does anyone know all steps to building an Auto Attendant in Contact Center? I used to build them in Call Pilot and I also knew how to write scripts in Symposium but all that has changed. Any advice would be appreciated. If you can outline the steps, add as much detail as you would like. I know how to access Orchestration Designer, so that is probably the starting point.

You are using the wrong application AAOD.
AAOD is for advance call flows with voice enable and application development.
 
What I want to know, is how did you access AAOD? I cant find it via AEP GUI interface.
