BST Doorphone BCM450

Currently have a BCM450 Rls 5.0 and I have attempted to install a NEW doorphone. I have it programmed for both (ringing and paging) I applied the remaining default programming, however it keeps locking up.
When I press the button to call the designated DN it will ring the DN, sound the chime over the paging zone but I cannot call it back. It locks up.

Hope that I explained this properly.
