BS332 firmware update failed

Hello,
Symptoms: BS looks ok, no alarm in PABX but signal is poor even if my dect is near BS
....so I have decided to update firmware on BS.

ELU31 card blocked and I enter command like below.

FPI = 3, BPOS = 1A-0-40.

2 Operable Blocked

Is that means that BS is broken?

System: MX-One 6.3 SP1

Hello,
sometimes the cable is the problem. Try to connect the BS near of ELU31.
