Is there a way to broadcast vm messages to all users from Embedded Voicemail? I know you can send it to a calling group but once a user retrieves the message, the lights go out on all extensions. They want to be able to retrieve messages separately. It can do this on VMPro but is there a work around for Embedded? Thanks in advance.

You can't do that with embedded.

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Indeed, many people ask for workarounds with embedded, but the truth is Avaya could make embedded do this and many other things if they wanted to but they don't to force you to buy VM pro and they actively block possible workarounds because of this :)

Like they should.
Embedded is limited and always should be.

Good for us but not for the customer, Mitel's built in VM on the 5000 does loads more (almost as much as most people use VM Pro for), so from a bidding point of view it is a little too limited, on the flip side they nearly never sell there version of VM Pro because of that :)
