Broadband cable service to Norstar CICS

Can phone service lines provided via MTA cable modem be used to supply dialtone to Norstar CICS? Customer has Samsung PBX that is getting dialtone from local cable company via MTA equipped internet/phone service dual purpose modem and they wish to replace with Norstar CICS system. Will this dialtone work for Norstar?

As long as the provider can give you analog dial tone your good to go.
