Boss Secretary setup

Hi all.

I have a setup with extension 1100 for the boss and 1101 for the secretary.
The requirement is that if a user dials 1100 for the boss, the boss's extension must not ring but instead the call should ring the secretary at 1101. the secretary must then transfer the call to the boss.
I have tried setting up the user button and the appearance bridged appearance button and they did not quite match the requirement.
Any suggestions?
Can I create extension 1100 on the buttons of extension 1101 then give the boss a new extension number say 1102 and request that 1102 not be made know by users. This way calls meant for 1100 will ring at 1101 and then can be transferred to 1102.

Set the bosses follow me here to the secreatries phone.

Boss with voicemail off, DND on and Forward on Busy set to the secretary. Secretaries number in the bosses DND exception list.

Bridged appearances between the two. Set the call appearances on the bosses phone not to ring. That way they can see when they have calls (and who) and choose to answer if they want (since they just sent the secretary to get coffee from the kicthen in their very 1950s way of working company).

What happens when the secretary transfers the call to Boss? Would it just be a loop back to the secretary?

This is how I would do it, add him to a permanant dnd state, add secretary to the dnd exception list, then give her a bridged appearance of the boss's extension, so a call comes into the boss, will only ring on the bridged appearance on her phone, she then could transfer the call back to the boss as she is the only one on the dnd exception list

The boss on divert all to secretary, ring timeout on boss set to 9999.
Give the boss a page button to secretary, a forward all to secretary button and a private call button (to prevent the secretary to do a whisper call)

Give secretary a whisper button for boss extension, a page button for boss extension a BLF button for the boss extension and a call park for the boss extension.

Secretary is only one able to call boss.

Now secretary has full control on how to transfer calls to boss.
Whisper : secretary can announce a urgent call whil boss is on a call, only the boss hears secretary and secretary can only hear boss
Page : secretary can page to the speaker of the boss
Call park : secretary can park a call on boss phone and announce with a page
BLF : secretary can monitor status of boss : Divert on or off

Follow me doesn't loop. The destination is able to call/transfer back to the original extension.

Follow me is a good option with only one secretary. In many scenarios you will have a few bosses and a few secretary. Then intrigant's way works well.
