Has anyone else ever heard of file folders called books? Or more specifically, referring to a file folder as a book?

This past weekend, I was teaching a friend how to use his CD player, which is MP3/WMA-compatible, and he asked how to switch books. There were others around who said that's how they referred to folders as well, and couldn't believe I had never heard that before. (keep in mind, they were mainly farmers and masons)

My kids are always throwing me curves. I dont recall what my daughter (6) called the collander the other day, but I had no idea what she was talking about until she described it.

My son did it to me on a trip to Disney. We were in the California Adventure side and had gone on the White Water rafting ride (dont recall its official name). He loved it. Later in the week, he was asking to go on the "circle boat" ride again. It wasnt until we were on the plane home that I finally figured out what he meant - he wanted to go on the rafting ride again.
