Cisco attendant console is being replaced with BOC which is another receptionist console application - how would you train a user from another office into a Lab environment?

thanks and how would the person be able to use their office phone remotely to test through webex?

You would just demo the application on an ip communicator on your computer (lab), and share your screen. They already know how to use the phone, it's just s matter of seeing the replacement for att con and being familiar with it.

thanks, i'll try that - how about setting this demo application on a virtual vmware computer environment as well? and use an ip communicator? will that work?
