Trying to use Bluetooth on 1140. Hit the services button twice, and bluetooth option is grayed out. Went into the manual config of the phone and found nothing. Firmware version on the phone is 0625C6E. Any ideas?

I really can't see how this is happening! I have tried several phones and they all work fine. You are absolutly sure that Bluetooth is enabled in the network configuration of the phone? This is NOT the same place that you turn the rest of the Bluetooth settings.

Just got it to work. Went under Services, Network Config, Selected Auto, then when to the bluetooth option and uncheck & re-checked the box. The phone then rebooted and when I hit services button twice, and went to preferences, viola it was there!
