May 24, 2016 #6 kwbMitel Technical User Oct 11, 2005 11,503 0 36 CA If you are trying to be selective and block calls based upon incoming caller ID the 3300 controller does not have this capability natively If you have a Nupoint VM, it can be used for Calling Line ID Filtering If you have CCM IVR, it can be used as well. Other than those, you're likely going to require a 3rd party application for this. ********************************************** What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon.
