May 24, 2016 #6 kwbMitel Technical User Oct 11, 2005 11,504 CA If you are trying to be selective and block calls based upon incoming caller ID the 3300 controller does not have this capability natively If you have a Nupoint VM, it can be used for Calling Line ID Filtering If you have CCM IVR, it can be used as well. Other than those, you're likely going to require a 3rd party application for this. ********************************************** What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon.
