BLF over SCN using 5420

Hi All

Has anyone got BLF working over an SCN using the buttons on a 5420???

The BLF works fine using soft console or Phone Manager.

is it set up as a user button? i think you need to put the exact user name in the action data.

It is 4.2

When I set the action to user i need to use the drop down box.

The only users that are available are the ones locally.

I just tested mine. i am using a 1616. I added a user button and just typed in the user name on the remote site instead of using the drop down and it worked right away.

Think you may be right.

Just going away to reprogram and get the user to test.
