I have a IP 500v2 that has been reset so that all the operating software has been erased. I have gone through this forum's related questions and tried some of the solutions in upgrades, etc. that advised using a serial cable, viewing the TFTP log and getting the MAC, but I have had no success. My laptop has Manager 10.2.1 and in the 'Preferenece'-'Discovery' tab the NIC IP is 192.168.0.194 (that is what it has always been and it works with other Office IPs so I don't know if it is relevant.) My laptop is set for 192.168.42.2 255.255.255.0. Hyperterminal is 34800,8,n,1. I get no response from the Hyperterminal connection and nothing shows up on the TFTP log. Any advice?
