BIP for INTERRUPT F987 not working 2

I resorb this issu past year but not remember the workouround. any ideas?

Hi,
You will need to make sure that the feature is programmed onto a soft key and make sure it is allowed in the VMBox COS Setting..

the cos are the same between one working and we replace set with working one on other office and f987 are programme on same key then other

Vers MICS 6.0 (ps 30bwe02 NAT) nam application module 2 3G version 4.1.05 and it working before on all sets but now many other not working we d ont ear the buzz or beeb

I can only suggest to reboot the system since it did and should work so clear the bug that got in there perhaps.

Did you reboot both the KSU and Vmail or just one or the other? boot both!

You may have a glitch therefore need to do a startup and re-program the KSU.

I know the older versions it only gave tone if altternate greeting was on.
