Hello-

We have a couple new employees who we would l. I would like to have them sit next to another person and listen in to there phone calls at the same time. I am trying to figure out the easiest way to accomplish this. Any ideas?

On Trainee's phone, set a button to:
Call Listen and the extension you want to listen in on

Under Supervisor Settings,
Monitor Group has to be set the same for both (or all)

On the Trainee's phone, under Supervisor, click "Can Intrude"
On the extension being listened to, don't click "Cannot be intruded"

This works even better, if you're using wireless headsets,
because then the desks don't need to be next to each other.
The trainee goes to their desk, pushes the "Listen to Sue" button
then walks over to Sue's desk.

And most important, get a woman to do the training. They can do multitasing. :)

While she was cooking, washing and looking after the kids at the same time I presume?

Yeah that's what they say they can, but only a woman can screw up multiple things at the same time. ;-)
