Per below documentation this would most likely be a bad expansion board or daughter board
And there is no expansion daughter board on this ssc so bad software daughter board or ssc

Things to note especially are the A31 spaces in the 2nd table:
- If the faulty Addr (e.g., in a BERR message) is in the Box 0 A31 range, your CPU
motherboard should be replaced.
- If it’s in the Box 1 or Box 2 range, you likely only need to try replacing the relevant
expansion daughterboard, not the entire CPU motherboard.
The I44/N10 are the switching and conference communication chip respectively. Any
failure here indicates replacement of the SSC motherboard.
