Beep Notification for New Call

For the life of me I can't find the setting that makes a beep on the agent's telephone indicating them of a new call.

All of our agents are in a manual-in (AVAIL) state with auto-answer set to ALL.

Agents are stating they receive no call indication (the beep) however I remember other agents in different projects DO receive it. This is all on the same switch

Can anyone help me find where it is that I can find/change this setting? I recall finding it before but can't find anymore. It is a system-wide setting I remember.

I think this is called zip tone and has to do with VOA within the VDN.
Turn off ZIP tone in system features. Or remove VOA from COR (agent and VDN)

Thanks for the reply! Turns out it was already on. I'm sure you'll believe that the agents simply were not paying attention.....
