BCMS VU all clients can't login to the server error 8503

Jusl last week all my clients can't login to the BCMS server.
The error message is:" 8503 this client is not registerd with that server"
I've checked and all the clients are on the server .

You didn't change the IP address or computer name of the server, did you?

Nothing was changed
I can see the server from the client's browser but get the error message when trying to double click on it.

Did you view the error log? In the error log, when it lists the client's name, is it exactly as you've added it in Options --> Configure -->Clients
