Hi,

I was wondering if someone could please guide me to where I can set the extensions such as 0,1,2,3 on our phone system.

Our system was setup by someone but we've only had the extension 0 and 1 set to forward to one of the people that work here. Basically when someone dials 1 they go to extension 222 which is me and if they dial 0 it goes to 224 which is the other person in the office.

We need to now setup extension 2 for sales and extension 3 for customer support. I have accessed the Element Manger but can not find where we set the extensions. I've been trying to do this for 2 days. Please help.

Thanks in advance for all the help.

Are they doing this via the AA & Ccr? If so u need to go into callpilot programming.

Hi Dasheen,

Please excuse my ignorance. What is AA & Ccr?

Is that the voicemail callpilot ?

Thanks for your help.

Auto attendant and custom call routing. Are callers hearing a greeting when calling in and given the option to press 0 or 1?

Ahhh yes we do use that.
