BCM50: One of the External line malfunction

Hi,
BCM50 Rel.3. Augurst 2009 update patched. When dialing to one of the numbers i get the audio message from carrier "The number you are dialled is temporarily out of service" instead of hearing my autoattendant greeting.

I tried removing the line from the PBX and directly connected to analog phone for 10 days, which works well.

What could be the cause of this issue?

I appreciate any help.
 
Watch system status moniter, that line might be setup to forword somewere.
 
I even tried with a new BCM50, still happens the same. The telecom says its the PBX issue. But the message looks the problem is with telecom company.
 

If you disconnect that line from the Bcm50 and connect your buttset to it, can you call it and and answer from your buttset?
