I have a BCM450 with 3 PRI's everything is working fine except I receive Alarms 75 (digital trunking clock in free run) and 372 (Core Telephony). he first PRI set Primary External, second PRI set Secondary External and Third PRI Internal. I talked to the provider and they all should be set to External clocking. I can not change the third PRI to External. Is the BCM450 not capable of having all external clocking? Do I have to get the provider to change the Clocking on their end to clock off of the BCM on the third PRI ?
I also changed out the DDI module but the alarms came back after 10 hours.

There is only one clocking for the whole BCM 450 system and thats how it should be... If those three pri are all from the same provider and from the same switching center they should all have the same clocking anyways...

You should try to swap the clocking to pri2 or pri3 and see if there is still an issue about the clocking

Thank you, One other thing. The third PRI is set to Internal Clocking. This is ok ? I thought internal clocking is clocking off the BCM Even though we are suposed to clock off the carrier. The way it is set up is ok then ?
