BCM450 T7316E Unable to move users primary line from button programming 11 to 09

Hi all! Our BCM expert has left our company without leaving any documentation. Would you be able to help out?
Our phone system is a BCM450. The users desk phone is a T7316E and the user would like to move his primary line currently sitting on button 11. I am connected to the BCM via element manager under capabilities and preferences>button programming. When trying to update the line changes, the field is grayed out so I am unable to make changes and move from button 11 to 09. Any recommendations? Your help is greatly appreciated.

What's on button 9

Go to his phone, press Feature *81, press button 11 then press button 09 and see what happens.

Snowman50 - Button 9 is assigned to a line mapping of Line:019.
Button 11 is assigned to Line:018 <-----This is the users main phone number and would like to have the calls ring from Line:018 on button 9 and Line:019 moved to button 11.

Swapping lines
As above press *81
Press button 9
Press button 11
Both should now be swapped

Press *0 to check buttons.
