BCM450 Rls6 GATM8 problem

I have a BCM450 with an expansion cabinet. I tried to add a GATM8 card in slot 5 of the expansion. Went into element mgr and chose "catm8/gatm8" in the resources tab for slot 5. Then hit configure. When the next window pops up the dip switch settings field is blank. Its on 6.0 with the latest patches and has a CEC card. Any ideas?

Not sure what you mean by slot 5 in the expansion but the whole expansion cabinet is hard coded to be BUS 6. Just select BUS 6 in resources and it will tell you how it wants the dip switches set.

There is no BUS 5 on the BCM450.

What I meant was there are already four 8x16 modules installed in the expansion cabinet that are working. Each has a different dip switch settings.
