BCM450 R1 Patching

Has anyone experienced a problem with Element Manager not giving the update software tab. We have a brand new BCM450 R1 that we open the tab and it has no available choices to see the patches in it or upload the new SU

That might be because you are using an old Element Manager software. Download the latest version and it should take care of the problem. You can download the latest version from Nortel web site.

down load the EM from the BCM you are working on.
That usually fixes it
