I have a BCM450 where I cannot dial any extensions that begin with a certain digit (2) off the auto attendant. I can dial those extensions fine from set to set ...just not off any greeting in the AA so it has to be something in CP. I get a message that says I have dialed an invalid extsntion and I know that it obviouly not. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

what rls is it and have you loaded the latest patches on the unit?

You say can not dial ext with 2 do you have others with 3,4? And can they be dialed. If not look in the AA table, I think its disble DN dialing should not be checked.

Yes they can dial other extensions just fine just nothing that begins with a 2. Disable DN dialing is not checked.

Check Callpilot:Configuration/System properties
Name prefix, special prefix b, maybe you have set "2"
if so, change it to a number diferent

I thought of that and checked it already but good idea! Nothing there that begins with 2.
