I have a customer that is installing a BCM450 with a call center. When an individual calls into the call center and the expected wait time is very long they want their customers to have the ability to request a call back to a specified number that holds their place in que and when they come up in que it calls them at the specified number.
Is this avaliable on the BCM450 Call Center feature?
If not is there some sort of third party software that can be utilized to make this happen?
